Hi, I’m Sumit Arora, the owner of One Point Seva that began in 2003 as a small photocopy and stationery shop. In 2016, we expanded into a multi-service hub, providing government-approved facilities including Aadhar and PAN card services, CSC Digital Common Service Centre solutions, and support with applications for voter cards, driving licences, insurance, income tax returns, property tax payments, and birth and death registrations—all under one roof.

With professional experience at organizations like Thomas Cook India Ltd., Kuoni Business Travels, and The Lalit New Delhi, I bring versatile expertise in sales, account management, and customer service.
